The old Rural Home is a wonderful structure between the green hills of Umbria and Tuscany
The structure has been recently restructured as to create new rooms.
Villa Prestigio & Relax stays in a wide Park (10.000 sqm) with secular trees, olive trees, fruit and flower trees.
The property has an indipendent entrance protected by an electric gate.
Our swimming pool is in an ideal position protected by winds and exposed to the sun, opened from the 25th of April to the 15th of October.

The structure is composed of three houses, the big one is on the ground floor, it has a big entrance, an elegant living room with old travertino marble fireplace, protected by big windows, a big equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with ice distributor, dining room with wide panoramic windows.
On the right side of the house there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a studio. On the first floor there is the big padronale double bedroom with bath with jacuzzi, la cabina doccia e la cabina armadio.
On the left side of the scale there are two double bedrooms with a big bathroom and a third bedroom used as a wardrobe.
In the park there is the first dependance with living room and kitchen corner, penthouse with double bedroom, another double bedroom and a bath with shower.
Into the second dependance stay our waiters.
